Macaron attempt #2 with the Yukaraffe. Failed miserably…lacked feet and luster and also stuck to the pan…vanilla cream filling turned out okay but still too much of that buttery taste.
Third try’s the charm?

First time making vanilla macarons with Xengiecorn and Yukaraffe. Not a complete failure since they actually had feet :D Took some to practice and coach ended up eating half of it >.>
We beat the egg whites into meringue by hand…like a boss ;)
Whenever I feel down, I just read your letters and it always cheers me up :)

Note to self
Just because you feel like crap doesn’t mean you can go out and pick your mom up from her office in your dad’s shower shoes.
You will forget your phone and wait for 30 minutes outside of her office building in your pjs and said shower slippers and the very nice person you borrowed a phone from to call your mom would JUST SO HAPPEN to be the VP.
You will also feel like an idiot...
